On August 7, 2025, SUNZEE Company opened its intelligent manufacturing base in Guangdong, China to the public for the first time, inviting the media and partners to experience the entire production process of modern food equipment up close.

This intelligent factory, covering an area of 20,000 square meters, integrates R&D, production, testing and warehousing. It is equipped with automated assembly lines, intelligent warehousing systems and a full-process quality traceability platform. From the raw materials entering the warehouse to the finished products leaving the warehouse, every link has achieved digital management and precise control.

In the production workshop, the reporter saw robotic arms precisely welding the temperature control modules of coffee machines, AGV unmanned transport vehicles shuttling between various processes, and quality inspection personnel using AR glasses to retrieve product parameters in real time to ensure that each piece of equipment meets international standards. The factory also has an independent laboratory that conducts over 200 hours of durability tests and safety verifications on each new product.

" Wang Qiang, the person in charge of the factory, introduced, "We use imported CNC machine tools from Germany and precision sensors from Japan to ensure that the product accuracy reaches the micrometer level."
